Doesn't every PL club get an extra £20m or so through new TV deals next season?

That would cover most of it - provided we stay up...

If a new stand was built there would undoubtedly be some hospitality boxes (significantly increasing revenue), plus with match day spend on programmes, drinks etc so I don't think £30 a head is unreasonable, and with guestimates here of between £20m and £30m for a new stand, it will pay for itself in a short space of time, even with losing £3m in revenue for a season to build it (based on the same £30 a head for the current 5,000 in the East Stand).
And that is not including sponsorship/naming rights of the stand.

G&S saying a developed east stand is not financially viable is them simply saying they won't entertain the idea as their sole priority is to shift us to the OS.

My guess is David Gold will say by the end of the month then suggest the end of March when the supposed deal deadline is set for.

Still no plans .

Still nothing of substance being shared with the fans .

Au fait acompli isn't a striker about to sign from PSG but it's heading the way of the fans I'm afraid .

No new LLDC Board or Committee meetings listed on the LLDC website and nothing new on the planning website.

Talks are progressing:

Patience is a virtue.

Don't let that stop some people making a mountain out of a molehill, like they have done throughout the whole saga.

The OS tenancy will be resolved before 5 March.

Here’s why:

• In December, West Ham was given three months to improve the terms of its deal to move into the Olympic Stadium

• Failure to do so would mean Boris Johnson pursuing alternate options (more music, athletics and other one-off sporting events)

• Live Nation has agreed a deal to host 2 gigs at the Olympic Stadium, namely the Wireless and Hard Rock Calling festivals scheduled for early July.

• LiveNation is also planning a number of concerts in the main stadium

ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND PLANS (July 2013)
• The weekend of music and events planned for 27 and 28 July to mark the first anniversary of the start of the 2012 games, will not take place in the stadium

• Instead, the stadium will host the 2013 London Grand Prix on 27 July at the

RUGBY WORLD CUP
• The list of 12 Rugby World Cup grounds is are due to be presented to the England Rugby 2015 (ER2015) board on March 5

• The IRB, the RFU, ER 2015 and London mayor Boris Johnson all want Stratford as a venue

WEST HAM
• Karren Brady expects the club to finalise their tenancy of the stadium before the end of the month

• David Gold tweeted last week that negotiations were going well

CONCLUSION

• So in the next four weeks, all the plans to make the stadium fit for purpose for West Ham have to be sufficiently advanced for there to be certainty over it being ready to host rugby in September and October 2015.

Or perhaps simply not fit for the purpose of watching football .

Remember the two questions .

1. Where will my seat be in the OS and how does it compare with what I have in the Boleyn ?

2 . How much will it cost me ?

The LLDC plans from the end of last year are back online and this time actually viewable being smaller this time.

Obviously there maybe charges, but the roof doesn't cover the track on the existing plans.

Morning all,
Based on some "hot" information I understand that a deal was ageed last week re The Startford Stadium.
Ms K Brady signed the deal. West Ham have to pay £10,000,000. This will be paid when the Upton Park ground is sold.

Enjoy the last few season's walking up and down Green Street.

Isnt that what they were originally offering, which was rejected out of hand with the LLDC asking for wither more money upfront or a share of the profits on sale of the club?

£10,000,000 rent per year ?
£10,000,000 lumpsum towards conversion costs ?

And what benefits/money from naming rights do West Ham get ?
