Maybe away fans can access their seats from the running track width space that will exist between the upper and lower tiers.

Or maybe they are being ferried up the river by David Beckham.

away fans are an integral part of creating an atmosphere at football grounds, I do not agree with sticking them up as far as possible where they cannot be seen or heard. I struggle to see how any atmosphere can be created in this stadium and as a few others have posted previously here I am whole heartedly against this move to a stadium that is not fit for purpose.

There is the problem, you say you don't want the away fans up where they can't be seen or heard, but thats where our fans will be if we give them a more favourable position.

I am not sure that it will be possible to stick them up there anyway due to the upper and lower tiers being served by one main concourse. It would make segregation at turnstile and concourse level impossible.

I am pretty sure that away fans will get a 'section' of the upper and lower in line with each other as per my pic a few pages back.

The nature of the stadium (on an island with bridge access) make segregation quite straightforward.

All away fans will be told and guided to enter a specific way, over a specific bridge. Once on the island their section will be screened/fenced off. Internally the concourse will be screened off to suit. So once on the island/in the concourse they will be able to access their seats at will, upper and lower tier. The size of the seating area will vary depending on the nature of the game, league, cup, champs league etc etc

Only if they are the fans of his team since boyhood - Man U.

That's David Beckham the glory-hunting, London Red, East End lad from Leytonstone.

Away fans can use Pudding Mill Lane on the DLR and walk straight into the away end without needing to see a single West Ham fan (other than at Stratford or Liverpool St. where separate platforms can be arranged).

That will leave the five huge walkways/bridges all around the ground for home fans.

(Brooking Bridge has to be one of them, Bonds Street is surely another that is nailed on too...? Greenwood Walk? Lyall Lane? Route 66? I don't think we will opt for Stuart Downing St though...)

That makes no sense whatsoever, Arsenal and United, the two biggest grounds in the PL only offer a maximum of 4k or just under if I'm right and we're offering double....

They offer 3000 which is the minimum they need to...

We'll be offering 8000 as we have seats to sell I suppose...
