Probably worth mentioning here that recent visitors to the centre have been told that within three years West Ham will be in the top 10 of global revenue earners.

To do that would require an increase in revenues of at least £150 million, or more than double my highest estimate.

The bumperTV deal combined with the OS move could set West Ham on a very profitable journey if done in the right manner. Don't forget, as things stand, the last placed Premier League team will get more TV money than German record champions Bayern Munich.

West Ham will get the opportunity to build a much better squad (we have already started doing that) which should help us playing better football, dinishing hiher in the table and playing Europa League football ( a taste of which we are already getting too). All of which should put West Ham on the map even more, enticing better players to join and more fans joining our fanbase (not necessarily all plastics and tourists, but some of them will be).
Which would generate even more income from ticket sales, catering and merchandise.

Not sure if we will be in the Top 10 rich list of football as early as in three years from now, but it surely isn't out of the question at all.

From recent Sunday Times article with Sullivan, which you can see paraphrased on WHTID website

“We’ve given up virtually all the naming rights, which are worth a lot of money. The catering income — and we make vast amounts from that at Upton Park — will be shared between us and LLDC. The base rent? We’re giving a lot more back than has been said."

This fits in fully with the info supplied by Denis Hone to John Biggs in 2013 (see prior page).

Somewhat disappointing to me that so much of the stadium sponsorship has ben given up as I believe there is massive potential for it.

In that recent Mail article Brady again noted that West Ham wil contribute enough to pay for the stadium two times over, which again points to an annual income for the LLDC of around £10 million in total in terms of rental and revenue share with West Ham. I've just copied this from that letter from Denis Hone here, just so that it can be referred to when arguing with people that the club are getting the stadium 'for nothing'.

"in broad terms the deal provides WHU with a 99 year lease, which ensures the stadium has ongoing, year round use. With regards to financial payments by the club, they have made public their £15 contribution to the capital costs of transforming the stadium which is personally guaranteed by the owners. They will also pay an annual index linked usage fee which more than covers the cost of them hosting matches at the stadium. LLDC also negotiated a two pronged protection of taxpayers interest: WHU will pay the grantor a percentage of the uplift of the value of the club should the owners sell their shares after their move to the stadium, and if WHU's performance exceeds their baseline assumptions, the LLDC will receive performance payments. All annual and performance payments are RPI linked"
