Yeah i'm heading along with a French mate. In Cat D so a real chance to test the views from the worst seats in the house. Hoping to get there a bit early to have a look around.
Re: France v Romania, Wednesday
I'm going too. Gates open 2 hours before, so plenty of time to look around.

Re: France v Romania, Wednesday
yes going with daughter-bought ticket in original ballot. £20 each no booking fee. My seats are upper tier behind the sticks. My season tickets for 16/17 are 12 blocks away east stand upper. Aiming to get in ground for seat and sit in my west ham seats and will leave at half time
No steward is going to stop me getting to my west ham season tickets seats for picture etc and don't care if I get kicked out trying

Get there early and you shouldn't have a problem. I'm aiming to be there at 6.stevejos13 wrote: No steward is going to stop me getting to my west ham season tickets seats for picture etc and don't care if I get kicked out trying

We're Block C tonight, £35 each in the first ballot, season ticket is in Block B so I will also be going to 'my' seat for a view.
Block C is also furthest point from Stratford Underground so will also find out how long it will take to get their.

France v Romania tonight @ OS
Being played at the OS tonight. Good chance to see how it looks on TV with a version of retractable seating
ITV4
Wasn't sure where to post as I'd imagine a lot of people don't look in the OS section but please move if necessary

Must say it looks brilliant. A world class stadium and it will look even better when its made to look more West Ham plus a wider football pitch meaning crowd closer.
Atmosphere sounds good too. Good acoustics :p

Announcements at West Ham & Stratford stations this morning warning of very busy trains on eastbound Jubilee & Central Lines from 4pm this evening and asking people to consider travelling at other times. I wonder if they'll do the same every time we play there?

Looks and sounds great. First game I've watched where I'm looking at the crowd more than the play

I'd prefer a public inquiry to determine if that's the case actuallyYea Why Not wrote:That roof sounds like it's worth every one of the tax payers penny's
