This can be changed if we all agree to a different time/date, but no, you don't choose players until the draft, players can only play for one team, therefore the only way to pick is a live draft.

It's about a fantasy football league amongst some friends, they take way too seriously. Really well cast, and lots of cameos from NFL players. Nice short 20-odd minute episodes so you should be able to fly through it.
