He doesn't look right to me,
I know in the press he's playing down the 'hip injury' but he does n't seem to be chasing as much stuff down as he has in the past and seems to be hitting a lot of balls less 'flat' than usual, perhaps not getting his feet down as hard.(er I'm no tennis coach!!)
For all that, an entertaining yet 'odd' match and quite how he turned 2-5 into a win in that 4th set was another display of his remarkable resilience.


As for Nadal...I really can't bear him, but he's playing like a man..ahem! possessed! and can't see anything other than a final of Nadal verses Sir Rodger of Smugness.., and that'll be getting a very wide birth at chez nous.

I was lucky enough to get Centre Court tickets for Friday past through my tennis club. Saw both Nadal and Murray and if they both carry on playing like they were Rafa is going to absolutely ruin Andy in the semis this coming Friday.

Murray wins in straight sets but it was more of a battle than the scoreline suggests. Paire is a funny old player, goes from the sublime to the ridiculous at times.
Murray will need to play better if he's to make another Final but he is improving round by round.
