Played panshanger today

32 points

Very wet but enjoyable

Played some holes very well.. but get those situations where you haven’t hit a bad shot on a hole and still come off gutted

They have one long par 5, best drive I’ve done on that hole, 2 good shots after and I’m still 60 yards out (it’s very up hill) gap wedge onto green flag at back, long first putt goes to within 3 feet .. that’s brilliant , next putt looks like it’s going in all way and stops over the hole.. half a roll from a respectable bogey.. tap in for 7 a bit disappointed ..

played brentwood again yesterday - its a tough course anyway without the 30 mph winds.

birdied the 11th which was nice

reckon i got about 28 points but my mate stopped scoring after his 9th blob and then lost his phone - all in all it wasnt the best day for him

Brentwood is tough agreed but it’s so lovely you forgive it! Unlike top meadow which is just horrid lol

Played cranham today.. 39 points blooming windy but between us we managed to fashion good shots .. my mate got 41. Cranham is a real easily course tho so on a proper course would have got about 32

I also played at a windswept Cranham today. 1st round since October and 1st time at Cranham. Didn't keep score just wanted to get out on a course but played the back 9 much better than the front. Got a few rounds coming up over the next few weeks so hopefully the short game will improve.

Yep, that was us. Think we played the last 6 holes in under an hour once we got past the old boys, mainly due to neither of us taking too many shots !!!

Yeah does help that the old boys had made it so nobody was in front of them lol took us 6 holes to get let through but then didn’t catch anyone until the 18th!

Also apologises for my shank on the 3rd going in front of your green lol my only truly awful shot of the day lol

32 points over brentwood yesterday and considering the conditions it felt a lot better than too

we had hailstones, wind, rain the lot

4 pars in a row helped massively though

£12 twilight round - absolute bargain

Cracking round in that it was a struggle but he ground it out, very gritty, difficult playing with DJ too.

McIlroy win, Casey win, Poulter and Fleetwood playing well recently too, let's hope for a British Masters winner :scarfer:

casey on that course looks so good

DJ seemed to lose the plot, did casey get to him

best part of the weekend was seeing Luke Donald not only back playing but going out in the penultimate pairing, admitted after his rustiness showed on day 4 but great to see him in the mix
