That's a bold pick bongo. Fleetwood is making his Augusta debut and Fuzzy Zoeller was the last one to win first time out. I know Nick Faldo is keen on his prospects and he knows a thing or two about winning the Green Jacket. He is along with Jon Rahm, one of the form players in Europe right now and a golfer I lke watching. Good luck with your pick and as an Englishman I would be happy to see him don the famous Jacket in the wee hours of Sunday night/Monday morning. I am hoping it will be Rory that finally wins the Masters to complete the Grand Slam.

This is always one of my sporting highlights of the year and can't wait for it to start tomorrow.

Hmm. I guess if anyone wishes to change their selections after the Johnson news then they can do so before the closing time. If you could edit your original post if you want to make a change that would make my life easier!

OK, last couple of hours for anyone who still wants to enter.

psychoscoredthelot - you've only picked four players, need another one quickly or you will be going in one short!

To clarify re: Dustin Johnson. If he withdraws with injury before the start of the tournament anyone who has him as one of their predictions will score 0. If Johnson starts the tournament and then withdraws that will be treated as a missed cut and will score -5.

If anyone wants to change their team accordingly you still have time, please amend your original post if you want to!

OK, as the first starters will be teeing off in the next half an hour I will call the competition CLOSED.

Good luck everyone!

Johnson withdraws without hitting a ball. Shame for him, but probably better for those who picked him!

Slightly gutted for him, definitely got rid of the fragility that haunted him earlier in his career... seems like a decent enough bloke as well
