This year's ODI World cup is ours to lose. We appear to be the real deal.

We made that run chase look easy at times. Frightening display.

England chasing 290 in the 2nd ODI. Excellent from Rashid and Wood as well as in the field ( two great run outs) but rather scrappy from the other bowlers. Lots of wides and a few no-balls (unforgivable in ODI's with the free hit)

Hetmyer looks like he'll be something special in the future, great innings.

England heading for defeat, Curran just given out with one of the worst LBW decisions i've seen in a while (no reviews left.) Several batsman got in but none has stayed to see it through.

WI are supposed to be a terrible side, but on the evidence of the Test Matches and this, they are far from it (or are we making them look good? )

They aren't terrible at home, need Moeen to save us here although think that Curran wicket could be it for us

Come the World Cup I don't think we will have a bottom 3 batting of Curran, Plunkett and Wood. In crunch games Woakes will always get a start over one of those 3.

Missed his batting last night.

I think it's great for the sport of cricket to see Windies getting it a bit together once again. They weren't expected to give England much of a series, but hats off to Jason Holder for proving the so called experts wrong. They now have in Hetmeyer, Hope and Campbell a bit of strength in their batting line up and a few quicks who can give any batsman a few problems. I suppose the lure of the American sports, Baseball and Basketball in particular, with all the lure of the huge money was going to attract the Caribbean youth to the detriment of cricket and that is what happened, but this series may just address that imbalance. West Indian cricket can only benefit from this tour

England seemingly back at their destructive best. Morgan and Buttler both getting 100's, Buttler's acceleration was brutal, fantastic 150 (in 77 balls) . Most 6's in an innings ever (24 - 12 for Buttler) . WI will deserve it if they chase this down.

418-6

Just the 24 sixes for England then.

Who remembers when 1 day games were all about keeping the scoreboard ticking by rotating strike, players hustling for singles and 280 was a big score.

f*** being a bowler these days.
