Degale looks like such an idiot now.

As for Joshua, I have absolutely no doubt that, at some point in his life, he's been on the juice, no question in my mind. But he's got away with it, it might have happened before turning pro, but it's done now. I've read some of his nutrition plans and it just doesn't add up, his body has had something in it that encourages muscle growth.

Outstanding genetics + nutrition, he'd be able to eat tonnes without adding much fat to that big 6'6 frame. Wouldn't surprise me either way though to be fair. He is very gifted genetically though, he clocked 11.6 seconds in the 100metres when he was in year 9.

Tonight’s fight card at the O2 Arena includes James DeGale v Chris Eubank Jr (super-middleweight); Joe Joyce v Bermane Stiverne (heavyweight); Lee Selby v Omar Douglas (lightweight). Card begins at 7pm; DeGale v Eubank expected to begin after 10pm. Live on ITV Box Office at £19.95 a pop, don’t think I’ll be going for that.

Edit : Have just realised some of the undercard before 7pm is on ITV4.

Managed to get a stream...but it's just the build up advert and not the actual boxing. Has it started yet...can't find any info about the undercard anywhere!

This Joyce fight is ridiculous...its like some cartoon fight where they just stay there and take turns in having free swings at each others head....no way this goes very long.

well thats that....wasnt Stiverne the dude that wilder took out in brutal fashion.... round one was brutal, they both went toe to toe for 2 rounds..but Stiverne especially tired....and did eventually just turn into a moving punchbag. First time ive seen Joyce fight.....not sure hes as great as id been led to believe...hes very direct and has quite the work ethic for a heavyweight..throws lots of shots...but thats probably slightly to his detriment. This guy deserved putting away quicker but as hed throwned so many there wasnt enough to get him outta there

degale a bit all over the place...think hes getting a bit carried away with him being the better technical boxer. a lot of switching from southpaw.. instead of being smart and keeping Eubank behind the jab. Degale has had one good moment....this isnt ove but degale has to change something...both are cut from numerous head clashes

after 6 rounds Im struggling to make a case for Degale winning more than 1. This is gonna take some turnaround...of course the way eubank is..anything is possible

Agreed Degale seems to need a KO already, hardly landed a meaningful punch all fight.

Eubank was quicker out of the blocks tonight than he was against Groves or Saunders. He’s learnt something.
