Good manager and coach. Keen on developing young talent and his appointment would suggest that the Board are planning for the long term which is what we need. Slav is unproven and Henry unlikely to deliver unless given mega funds. Mind you if they were available ... .

Mancini is the best looking one out of that lot, so I'll go for him. 8-)
With PDC as his assistant I may have to change my seat in the stadium.

On a serious note though, I don't think Mancini would say "yes boss, no boss" enough to BG and his jolly gang.
Depends on how good his English is..
BG to Mancini ( our new manager) " I'm going to sell Ashton, Upson, Green and Bellamy" Mancini " No ****ing way" Nani translates for Bg " Yes boss that's ok"

THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE WE HAD HOBSONS CHOICE.

Honestly can you imagine what the Mancs would say if Taggart retired and thats the shortlist for them to pick from. What have that lot won combined as managers. Some have never even BEEN ****ing managers. We are being run as a shambles and true to form they will pick the new boss along the same lines. They might as well go for a fourth rate guy, just to even it out so we can say its the same from TOP to BOTTOM.

PS...did you know that Balti pies are hydrogenated fat-free, with no artificial colours, additives or flavourings?

 For real? Well that completely has left me numb. I don't think I can look at them in the same light. My mouth feels all gay, I'm going to eat a kebab or something.

I'm not saying he would be my first choice or anything but I can understand why people would vote for him.
Thank you

Houllier - boring and not exactly mega successful at Liverpool. Spent quite a bit and won mainly league cups.
Donadoni - if you thought Curbs was soporific, did you see Italy under Donadoni?
Zola - is he actually managing or just in the hat for being Italian?
Bilic - mercenary in his first stint here, what's to say international record converts to domestic - even if it did, would he not leave again?
Mancini- possible prospect but no Prem record. However, Internationale record very good.

Really at a loss at the moment. Just feel that I don't really care who gets it becuase this board will give them no money and will screw them over anyway. If they are successful they'll just leave because of the lack of ambition.

Martin Allen would be great fun. The fans loved him at Brentford, when he used to walk down the sideline before the match it was like The Beatles in America.

I am Lawro wrote: We're turning our noses up at Mancini now  We really will not be able to attract anyone better than Mancini, who is a very good coach. If he wanted to come here, he would be an excellent apointment. AND it would show that our ownder do have ambition, because Mancini would not work with no budget.

Oh I woudn't be unhappy if he took the job, don't get me wrong!
Point is : I just can't see Mancini wanting to come to West Ham. He wants a top european club. Simply not realistic. He's used to work with superstars - how would he cope with the likes of Quashie and Spector?

But then again, the ones I would want if I could choose; Riijkard, Hiddink or Laudrup are just as unrealistic.

Just keep Big Fat Sam the feck away from the club!
