Depends on how good his English is..upton girlie wrote: Mancini is the best looking one out of that lot, so I'll go for him.
With PDC as his assistant I may have to change my seat in the stadium.
On a serious note though, I don't think Mancini would say "yes boss, no boss" enough to BG and his jolly gang.
Re: Poll: the managerial shortlist
Bilic or Mancini would make me a happy man!!
Got to have Di Canio in there somewhere!!

Re: Poll: the managerial shortlist
I've been sitting here twiddling my thumbs between Bilic and Macini............oh what to do..........
The thing is I can picture Bilic as the manager, I just cannot see Mancini ex Inter Milan and all that at UP.

Re: Poll: the managerial shortlist
i voted for donadoni, because he was a great player in his time and has not done too badly up to now
but my real choice would have to be frank rikjaard (if he's still availble after being let go by barcalona)

So you don't go for the Slaven 'zombie' look?

Re: Poll: the managerial shortlist
Its interesting that everyone is presuming that the next manager has to be a "yes" man...... Maybe BG just didnt want to give Curbs any more money.... Dont think a Manager as highly regarded in world football like Mancini will be taking orders from SD.
Bottom line is Curbs was treated badly by the board at west ham but in all honestly the football was **** and him and Merv only seemed to be looking at players who peaked in 2002 to bring into the club, even when we were splashing the cash.....

Re: Poll: the managerial shortlist
I would like to vote Rijkaard
In his absence I will vote Mancini (although I wouldn't mind Bilic)
edit: Just realised theres an option for none of the above

Re: Poll: the managerial shortlist
Billic has a good rapport with his players...they clearly love him. Most probably would have a positive effect very quickly as he is a contrast to 'Chuckles Curbishly' ...Pardon?
