We ant going to get one come here anytime soon as you can see with players not wanting to come here. So it will be done to the Manager and the players coming back to see if they can now pull off the great escape again, who knows. Let's get behind the team, the Manager, the Club and see what 2014 brings.

totally agree, we would defo be baying for BFS's blood if he had bought the striker malky did. Although Medel looks decent.

Trust me. The question is cleverly put.

Even if UTJ didn't mean it to be that way, i can assure you it is.
It is a lot clearer than your last few posts :)

What is clever about it, or fishy about the vote except it isn't quite the result you thought?

It is a bit of a funny way of wording a poll? Considering it's a simple question in theory :eh:

Why wasn't it just

"Should we sack Sam?"

Only someone very clearly on one side of the fence would have an issue with the wording of a question.

Deary me...

For what it's worth I'm surprised at how close this poll is.

Definite yes, without a decent replacement lined up it would be ludicrous to sack Sam

Allardyce OUT!

The club needs to appoint a director of football to help develop a philosophy of football, the West Ham way! The Allardyce way, see's us second from bottom, with our faithful singing " Your nothing special, we lose every week," we deserve better! I wouldn't trust SA with another transfer window!

I'd rather go down trying to play the game rather than aimless hoof balls!!

"We are West Ham we play on the Floor" :crest:

Nah just seems a bit odd. Can see people just rushing in hitting yes without reading it properly, assuming it was leading to 'yes' meaning sack him. Relieved being read sub consciously, instead of retained.

f*** knows.

Anyway, I'm proper surprised so many still back him.

Fair dos.

Yup. James humourously correlated this pretty well earlier. Think it may be lost on plenty, though.

Penmanship.
But soft, what light through yonder window breaks?
It is the east, and Juliet is the sun.
Arise, fair sun, and kill the envious moon,
Who is already sick and pale with grief
That thou, her maid, art far more fair than she.

Exactly. When this issue arose with Avram there were two likely candidates available who might have kept us up. Martin O'Neil which we ballsed up and Sam himself. For the record I was in favour of keeping Avram. Thought he had turned it around and never thought we would be relegated until the disastrous last 8 games.

This time there are no realistic candidates (imho) who offer a better chance of survival than Sam.

How did UTJ word the Glenn Roeder Poll?

"Should West Ham retain the relief of dismissing Glenn?"

Notice the reasons given - we don't know who will be his replacement......

Speaks volumes about the support he gets from the stickers
