The Sam Allardyce Poll
There have been many requests for a poll on the current managerial situation. As promised, here it is at the season's half-way stage.
It's a startlingly simple 'yes' or 'no'...

This'll be interesting to see.
I'm going stick. Daves, back your man in the window and let him turn it around.

Re: The Sam Allardyce Poll
thought long and hard about this one... even after the debacle of the Fulham defeat but I do believe that bad luck has hit us hard this year & I think Sam is the man to keep us up.

With more money spent on the playing staff, and without the injury list growing daily, we'd be ok this year.
Best option for me is him staying

Populus have just come out with theirs:
Yes, it means we can compete with Arsenal.
Yes, it means we can buy World Class players.
Yes, I trust the owners.
No, I am a complete twat.

Yes.
He is struggling and he has made a number of mistakes but I still feel over the long term he is the right man for the job. I would have to be very certain in the credentials of a likely replacement to change my mind.

Re: The Sam Allardyce Poll
I have never been a fan of BS abut understood the need for him. He did his job in both last season and the promotion season but he seems to have lost the one thing that people kept telling me we needed from him, to win at all costs and be difficult to beat.
Up until yesterday i was still in the stick category even with my hatred of the man but too go to the worst team in the league with the worse defence and play with 5 across the back and 1 up front is an absolute disgrace.
I can handle a struggle, we have all been there before, but to drop points against all your relegation rivals is asking for the drop.
