It's strange how they've quickly come to operate on a different financial plane to us - both in their outgoings and their purchases. We've been outspent by them in each of the three years we've both been promoted.

They have had the advantage of walking away from their debtors

Nonsense. He should absolutely be in and around the team next year. Captain and first person on the team sheet.

Someone apparently in the know says Harry quit QPR this morning over club's lack of spending. Not sure how reliable...

Odds on Harry to be the next Premiership manager to leave have dropped slightly.

That would be hilarious and so typical of Harry. He's been waiting for an excuse to bail on QPR as he thinks he's much better than them.

Vile manager, vile owner and a vile little club.

I was going to have a bet on Harry going next, Fernandes appears to be running QPR properly now, or at least trying to, which totally exposes the crooked pensioner.

If he wants money to spend in January, he shouldn't sign a load of mercenaries in the Summer and use up his whole budget.

What deal did Fletcher get at WBA?

Was it anything like the 60k a week / three-and-a-half year deal that we were contemplating?

He's had money to spend. it's just his knowledge of the football world doesn't extend beyond these shores, he signs some right **** on massive wages.

Highlights how bad of am manager he is.

You're probably right, but as his contact doesn't end until 2016, I would imagine he will be here next season.

If the wages he is supposed to be on are anything like true, I doubt any other club would match them

Standard Harry. Jump before he is pushed. If i was Fernandez i'd get shot and bring somebody in like Eddy Howe from Bournemouth, or give the job to Hoddle.

Fernandes is going to come in for Allardyce to keep with the West Ham theme and to keep them up.

Just read that Fletcher went to WBA on a 3 and a half year deal.

and some people on here were bitching like mad that we were going to give him 3 years, then people moan that we didn't get him.

Absolutely no way that Harry quits QPR.

TF is a moron and Harry can play him like a fiddle.

Harry will stick around for as long as he wants to. Even if they go down, he will stay.

He will leech as much money from QPR as he can for as long as he can.

Except his reputation as 'Harry Houdini' will be crushed if he takes a team down having had an entire season to 'save' them. He'll probably bank on himself to get another job at a struggling team next year or maybe even this year if Leicester or Villa get trigger happy.

In terms of keeping hold of our best players it's been a good window, in terms of improving our squad to push on and try and win the FA Cup and break into the top 6 it's been a poor one, I don't know how much money we have to play with though.

The emergence of Bellerin has probably spelled the end of Jenkinson's time there, I think we might be saving our pennies for him in the summer.
