As the judgement has effictively barred third party ownership of players, where does that leave Tevez right now (restraint of trade and all that), and, not that I give a flying wotsit about him, where does that leave parasites like Joojooman who 'own' players? Presumably they must sell them outright to any club that will pay the money since it would seem that they can't do a "West Ham" style deal any more?

If this was Chelsea we would all be moaning too. We've got off really lightly I think and the other clubs have a right to be pissed off.

Does this mean that we've signed Tevez or loaned him like Liverpool have done with Mascherano?
I've been out for the past few hours so where has this info about us being confident that Tevez will be able to play tomorrow come from out of intrest?

Not only did we breach the rules, we knew we were doing it, lied about it and the player concerned has single handedly dragged us out of certain relegation. The 5.5m will probably be paid by brown anyway and if not boa morte cost us 5.5m and he is ****ing *****. I think we got off very lightly

Does this mean that Carlos may take legal action against the PL for restraint of trade as the wont let him play under the current system. By the way we are one of the very few countries that dont allow the 3rd party rule. FIFA know that most American countries do it all the time and find it okay. I believe in the summer there will be more rule changes afoot.

Not harsh at all, i'm not going to kiss his arse until he gives us info. He's once agaaaain being a prick tease...
We all have no idea what's going on - but he makes out that he knows something and doesn't elaborate. What's the point in saying Eggy did a deal and then not explain in the first place.

I'm in Barnstaple, live just down the road in Braunton. On the North coast (although it's quite bright today!) I wondered if you're from these parts yourself, as the yeo bit of your username could be seen as local round yer
My mum's in Bishopsteignton, near Dawlish. Is that near you?

Look Hammerman, I don't sit alongside Eggy taking notes but word is that the Chairman did a deal that allows us time to get Joorabchian's consent on a contract amendment. As the PL are in unchartered waters they allowed us time to sort it out while stating they are well within their rights to cancel it without any notice.
