Yup - we should remain managerless for the rest of the season. It's what we deserve.
I think what we "deserve" is a Hoddle, a Souness or an O'Leary.

I find it utterly impossible to get excited by the prospect of a new boss when we've treated the last one so shamefully. Especially as he really is "one of us".

I would like Bilic to be the next manager but i don't think it will happen. Di Canio would be great but it's to early for him, i believe he needs time to manage somewhere else and learn his trade but one day it would be great to see him in the hot seat. So i think from the list Mancini would be the best option as he has worked with this system of transfers west ham has started to use, just hope we don't end up with eleven forgieners playin for us on a saturday though....

Correct again - managerless we could just win a few. With the likes of O'Leary we'd be likely to taste the strongest medicine - losing all our games.

I like Donadoni but we dont have to settle for second best. If we really want Bilic or Mancini they will be worth the wait of missing West Brom away. We dont need to rush someone in for the next game.

as reliable as it can be.
i trust the guy, but there is so much flying round i have not posted until speaking to him (ref papers this am - three stories claiming 3 managers)

to be fair i typed as he spoke... monday seems a long way off to have decided already though....

If matthammer's source is to be believed, then this is a possible scenario:

Mancini>West Ham. Does well in Premier League

Taggart retires in a couple of years, after 2010 World Cup

Mancini>Manchester United, Bilic>West Ham

I'd be happy with that if Bilic (my first choice) honours his Croatia contract.

i don't really know how close this guy is to it (under the new regime) but he has been almost always spot on..... he called curbs' time out about 3 weeks ago amongst others (granted not a new topic but he said "after transfer window" didn't expect it this soon)

for the future then who knows? he has given me some great tips that haven't happened - usually because circumstances have changed.

with this, i'd expect they wanted slaven, but got the effffff orf then bid mancini and he said yes.
all i got was "mancini, press conference on monday, done deal"

my hope is that the croats give slaven a run at it, as i would much prefer him to mancini..........

Former Hibs boss John Collins has been interviewed by English Premiership side West Ham United about succeeding Alan Curbishley as manager.

Collins was interviewed yesterday along with Italian legend Roberto Donadoni as the Hammers seek to appoint the right man.

I think the reason there are conflicting reports and fluctuating odds is because this is a complete debarcle due to the buffonery of Mr Duxbury and BG.

I am prepared for an anti-climax

 Ray Winston for Manager!! He'd be F*@kin awesome!

But in reality, I have no idea who to prefere. Zola? He's chelsea. I would rather DiCanio to be honest. He's who I'd have. But he ain't in the short list...Bilic won't come. Donnadoni may be good, Mancini has only won with rich clubs. I don't know. Stick with Keen? Does Julien Dicks manage? Get him in.

Ladbrokes have Donadoni @1/3 so in my eyes Donadoni it is.

He's odds on everywhere...he's pretty much the favourite...Bilic won't leave Croatia. Mancini has now apparently said he'll talk to us. He'd be better than Donadoni...but Mancini won't waiver any of his payment...
