Didn't see the game today.

How did we play anybody play really well or really poorly ?

Cheers for any info about the game.

A bit annoyed after today. Annoyed with the selection - where have Diamanti and Daprela been the last few games? - and with the team performance which was loads better than most other showings this season.

Brilliant to see LBM back. He's the class we've been missing too often this season. A hard tackler who can spot a pass, beat a man and finish. Those who booed him before, I hope you ****ing choke on it after that goal and that performance.

Kovac. Why?

Diamanti did less creative work but more tackling back than I've seen before. Still a bit of a loose cannon but I'd like to see him given another chance next season.

Cole. Absolute **** today. Has reverted back to the form of last season and before, Had high hopes in the autumn but don't want to see him around next season. Attack was far more effective with Franco.

Franco - we are mad if we don't offer him another contract next season. He is a class player.

Ilan. See Kovac. Has scored vital goals this season, but that aside contributes very little.

Daprela. B+. Lots of promise. More please.

Da Costa did ok but Faubert did a better job man marking in the 2nd half. Would def like to see him stay.

Upson was outstanding today. This pissed me off more than anything. Why the **** have you been so **** the rest of the season?

Adebayor - keep forgetting what a superb all-round player he is. Frighteningly talented.

Tevez love in. Bit OTTd and not sure how pleased I'd be if I was a Man City fan, especially the lack of effort in the game and shirt swapping at the end but enjoyed it, especially booing him every time he got the ball. Never never forget, Carlos. Come back to us.

Wot no speech by the club captain? And where was Zola on the lap of (dis)honour. Did I miss him?

Roll on next season. Can't be worse than this. :crest:

I've put it down to a collective sense of humour, but after today it's not funny any more... Headbanger

I hope I witnessed Ilan's last game for the club today. Ok - he has scored some important goals for us, but he is truly awful. He has been terrible in the last few games and today was just the final straw for me. He is lazy, weak and frequently gives the ball away. How Zola can justify (i) starting him ahead of Franco and (ii) keeping him for the 90 minutes and then substituting Cole and Diamanti is just beyond me......but then again, alot of Zola's decision making has baffled me this season.

I thought Kovac had his best game of the season

Tevez, well it livened the place up

Upson, his missus looked fit, Zola did sneak in to the lap of thanks to us hard working fans

Worse season ever on points ???

You're right, Kovac wasn't bad today by his standards but really don't see what he does that Noble doesn't. Reminds me of Mullins with worse passing.

Difficult to spot Zola on the lap of honour - maybe he was in amongst Scotty's kids :D

If we make sure Carlitos knows how much we love him, he may come back 8-)

Tevez is on the first plane to Boca the split second he can 'retire' £10M or so in the black.

Zola did the right thing....

Let the players receive the plaudits for half a lap then joined in at the end so that the crowd could voice their opinions about him..

And you know what?

Not a boo to be heard.

Tevez is not a legend but a cult hero, he is not in the same league as moore, hurst, bonds etc
but he will still go down in west ham history as a major player for west ham what ever he cost us
just makes a change not to boo an ex player on return to the boleyn
certainly livened up today

I stand by what I said, Kovac had his best game of the season for us, what didn't say was he still is s**t

Ilan is s**t yet the bloke behind me kept saying he saved us from the championship, imagine if he played every game since January we'd be top 10

Boa Morte is one of the worst finishers at the club. He has scored 2 goals for West Ham and I can recall countless shocking misses. I think the other goal vs Coventry was one of the most lucky I've ever seen as well.

Boa Morte cannot be described as a class player. Effective, influential, but never class. People so quickly forget the shocking lack of ability he has, at times, demonstrated during his tenure.

Today illustrated the paucity of our squad...

The first time we get a bit of quality, albeit from the unlikely source of Boa Morte, to team up with Parker's drive we perform well.

O.K City werent risking life and limb, but for a while it looked possible to create a goal other than by Route One.

My bubbles were flying high when we scored.....I almost renewed my S/T on the spot via Blackberry... those 3 minutes before they equalised will be savoured!

Managerial quality or not Zola has had very little to work with.

Boa scored at Wigan (0-3).

And remains a decent 'bit-part' player.

Believe me Boa Morte had a great half at both ends....

His best performance for us...Against some very classy opponents.
