It worked for Sheffield United and some Asylum seeking fellows that were burglars and dodgy raggamuffins - whose to say they won't succeed?

If 1 Tevez equals 3 points what does 1 Stadium equal?

Seems like the hight of desperation to me.

He'll be livid to get dragged up to the High Court by spurs and I'll doubt the Judges will want to hear an expletive every other word.

Plans for new WHL prohibitively expensive....

14 - 0 losers in the OS bid....

Judge says no to a review and warns against an oral hearing....

They noneless go for an oral hearing and their legal fees are mounting up and up and up....

Im loving it :D

Maybe it's because the year ends in 1 & they've yet to win something?

This is like an EU Referendum vote, just keep going till you get the result you want.

Does it finally end with this oral appeal?
Or is it just a stepping stone to go through so that they can appeal to the European courts?
Can the government put a stop to this charade once they lose this next appeal?
I'd like to think that we could sign the contract with the OPLC after this. The end!

They are just going to go court hopping until they find a judge (probably in Europe) that sympathises with them.

Lets hope the same fate awaits Scum as it did Sheff Utd. After all, even though their obsessive and vindictive vendetta caused us damage - ultimately it distracted them away from the football and they became far worse off. In 10 years I can see us in the Champions League and Spurs in the Championship. how fitting that would be.

Im sober. I honestly think we will be in the Champions League in 10 years. We will have a 60 - 70 000 seater stadium with superb facilities, amenities and fantastic infrastructure. Sullivan and Gold will have long sold us by then. Whoever takes us over will want to attract the best possible players to fill that massive iconic stadium and we will be the next Manchester City. We are too big a juicy lollypop for Bill Gates or any super rich Saudi Sheik or Russian Olligarch to resist. We are just sitting there waiting to be snapped up. Soon as the Olympics are over and have been viewed by 5 billion foreigners, the big fish will bite.

As for Spurs, Levy has been aggressive and desperate for a reason. Nobody's going to let them redevelop WHL now in that ****hole of a borough. They have burned too many bridges. And do they really have 500 million in the present economic climate anyway? b*llocks do they? In 10 years they won't even be the 5th biggest club in London. Now Mittal is behind QPR, its going to be them, Us, Chelski and Arsenal, but with our vast catchment area, surely we will have the biggest potential of all.
