I understand people wanting 442, but playing 442 makes the 4m 50k a week signing of Nolan a bit pointless.

4411/451 is fine if we have a striker who can hold the ball up properly.

I would go with;

--------------------------------------------GREEN-----------------------------------
O'BRIEN---------------TOMPKINS------------REID--------------ILLUNGA/ NEW SIGNING (DON'T THINK WE WILL BRING ONE IN THOUGH)
BARRERA----------------NOLAN---------------COLLISON-----------TAYLOR
-------------------------- --CAREW---------------HINES/NOUBLE/NEW SIGNING

In my opinion we have to play two up top and drop piq

What's the point in playing two up front if both and target men and neither one is a proven goalscorer?

I also very much doubt that Nolan and Collison would work as a midfield two.

Agree with you there, don't see why people would rather play two target men upfront than 1 target man and 1 attacking midfielder.

3 points.

Saw this mobs game on Saturday. Very limited - and their top scorer is injured.

So long as we take our chances we should win by a couple.

I would be very suprised if this game is on .

Too many cops getting dragged to unusual places .They won't have enough to police football matches .

South yorkshire police are ****ers at the best of times so having us in town with what is happening elsewhere I wouldn't be surprised if there are a bit firmer on saturday

All these people suggesting dropping Parker are making me laugh. He is the best player in the league for **** sake

99% of players would rather be playing for someone better than their current club. He's had one below par game and everyone is making it sound like hes gone on strike

He knows the situation. If someone come in with a decent bid he'll go, if they don't he'll stay. I don't see what all the fuss is about
