I understand people wanting 442, but playing 442 makes the 4m 50k a week signing of Nolan a bit pointless.

4411/451 is fine if we have a striker who can hold the ball up properly.

In my opinion we have to play two up top and drop piq

What's the point in playing two up front if both and target men and neither one is a proven goalscorer?

I also very much doubt that Nolan and Collison would work as a midfield two.
