West Ham Shop at OS.

With the global reach the Olympics has and the number of visitors to the site we should seize the opportunity of expanding our brand by having a shop on the site as soon as possible.

I'm thinking an old caravan on the forecourt?

At westfields...

Lakeside shop is decent, the one at romford is a joke. Be nice to have a huge megastore

Ah the return of the portacabins....

It would make sense though, to at least get some sort of presence there soon

It'll go in the Westfield Centre. It'll have escalators and everything.

If Stratford is anything like shep bush then they won't entertain a low Market tat shop like ours.
Designer gear only in westfields. Perhaps in the new rathbone Market we could get a stall

Westfield opening in 25 days, had a look on the website but no mention of a West ham shop, maybe we will just have a stand in the corner of Primark like we used to have at the Sainsburys savercentres.

I'm still not convinced there will be a West Ham shop in the shopping centre .Surely they will have that at the stadium .

Would have thought a small shop in Westfield would catch a lot of tourists, could be worth a shout with a megastore at the Olympic Stadium. Get our Colours in there to expand the support?
Most of us would purchase from megastore on a match day but might sell a few more shirts to others just passing through London.

Interesting news item on the official site. Looking for a team of retail staff which could staff a new store. The hours to be work look like what a store at Westfield might operate. Perhaps our links with the Westfield people over the OS might result in a store at Stratford City?

A shop in the new westfield centre has surely got to be a good thing for the club whatever our individual views on the actual stadium move! 8-)

The article on the official site was asking for extra staff over the Christmas period at the shops they already have to help out in a busy period.

Sounds Emmanuel Omoyummy.

The Igoc StiMc is a popular burger. It was brought out to rival Burger King's Paolo W(anc)hopper.

The Mick McGiven burger.

The Tommy McQueen burger.

The Malky McKay burger. Quite chunky.

The Freddie Ljungburger. Very expensive. Hot for a while, and will exit sharpish.

The Lou McAri burger is a bit stale.

The Fish Burgers are made with a mixture of Geoff Pike and "Razor" Haddock.

For breakfast they do great Rufus Brevilles.

There's also lots of vegetarian George & Linda McCartney options.

There are options for extra Lionel Scapepperoni, extra Gary Brie(n) cheese, extra Florin Radish-oiu, extra Kenny Brown sauce, extra Scott Minto sauce, extra Keith Coleman's mustard, and every burger is served in-between fresh Terence Brown bread buns. If you don't want any sauce or trimmings then you have to ask for it "Kepa Blanco".

....all washed down with an ice-cold cup of "Pop" Robson, if you've got a Geoff tHurst on:

Three types of Cola: Reo-Coker (bitter tasting), Carlton Cola (steaming hot), and Joe Cola (diet version). They also serve Orange Quashie and bottles of Bywater, or maybe you'd like some hot Kanou-tea or Tony Coffee - watch you don't Shaun Byrne your mouth though. They don't have an alcoholic drinks license so you can't buy a Jeroen Beere.

You can get everything in large, medium, or Mike Small. Fast food served in a Matthew Rush - they're very Speedie. Served up in Steve Potts if you choose to eat-in, or Sealey'd up in a bag if you choose to take away. You have to come to the till to get served though - there's no Peter Butler-service - it ain't the Paul Hilton.

Don't abuse the staff - they'll put Boogers in your meal. And it's cash or cards only - they don't take Srniceks. If there's any trouble then the Henri Camaras will be watching.

There's also a drive-thru if you've come in your Tony Carr.

Come to think of it, I once went into a McDonalds. Never again. It was Pantsil, really Dyer - not too Kevin Keen on it. I had Jobi MacAnuff of that place after one visit. And the prices are a Konchesky - the Bilic is always extortionate - it's a Dave Swindlehurst.

Plus you can't be like that guy on "Supersize Me" and eat it Dailly. That fatty food is bad for your Hartson, and if you do eat it every Mervyn Day It'll make you Sasa Ilic. You need to make sure you have a Futre on this earth.

I'll just stick to my trusty Pie & Mascherano shops instead - they're the Clyde Best. I always want Moore. I have veg with mine though - Mum always says I need to eat my Robert Greens.

I had a tour of the new Westfield yesterday and 95% of units are now leased - the remainder expected to be signed up within the next few weeks. West Ham at this point have not taken any space.

I've worked at Westfield in shep bush before it opened, I was told that they wanted only high quality shops there hence no mcdonalds, waitrose supermarket not tesco, John Lewis dept store. They wouldn't want a west ham shop in there.

I can confirm the that stratford will have a McDonalds etc. They have made a few changes as they understand the the demographic of the visitors will be different. Stratford don't have a designer village but do have a Primark..... However all the stores including McDonalds had to have the design of the outlet approved by Westfield. If West Ham contacted a good design agency they could create a store that we could all be proud of. They just didn't.

Why would the club want to rent retail space in the dearest shopping complex in East London, when it is proposing to rent a large Athletics stadium around 1.2km away already ?

The shop, sorry, MEGASTORE will be at the stadium .

What the club really wants to be investigating is ensuring there is a massive , and I mean massive supporters club right next to the Stadium .
