It appears to me that some of our fans think of us as "mighty" West Ham, too big for the championship and expect us to win every game...then when we draw or lose they inevitably turn to boos and criticism. We can't play like Barcelona every week and win all our matches, Palace are a decent side and came with a plan and it worked for them...simple as that. We're still in the top two and are looking well set for a return to the Premiership...in my eyes that's perfectly good enough and at the end of the season I'm sure it'll be 'objective achieved' for Sam and the players.
You gotta love BFS "I may have made a slight mistake" ........I didn't go to this game but thought I heard faint boos at the final whistle on the tv coverage, I hope that this was isolated as I thought that we never stopped trying & huffed & puffed but Palace were well organised & it was only when Baldock came on that we looked dangerous.
Cheers as ever CH.
There were a few boos but they came and went pretty quickly, more frustration than anger I think. Still misplaced to do so, but 'a deafening chorus'??? Really makes you sick the crap these guys write, ****-stirring scumbags.
