Normally when taking vote on a show of hands on an informal basis if there is an obvious majority on the first show, then it's usual not to take it any further shows. Normally this would be described simply as a majority or sometime a small/large majority, for the club to describe it any other way is wrong. In fact it is really stupid of the club to say no one voted against, as it is just not believable that given the opportunity no one would have voted against.

At the time it seemed a straight forward show of hands, many did some didnt?

She said that Brady didn't say there was 100% support from the SAB, implying that journalist(s) made up that figure. She said that Brady said somethng on the lines of that she knows fans are against the move and understands why.
It's dead easy to resolve. Jacquelin Magnay - the story's author - can be contacted via Twitter: https://twitter.com/#!/jacquelinmagnay

Whilst people are pressing Brady for a clarification/correction can I just ask; wasn't the question along the lines of "if the Olympic Stadium was made suitable for use as a football stadium would you support it?" or have I mis-remembered? I only ask because that is also a suspicious question, as it will mean different things to different people and will sway some people towards yes based on their view of what those changes would be.

Brady said in her Sun column today:
THURSDAY
A WEST HAM fans group would like a poll on whether the club should move to the Olympic Stadium. Let me assure them there is no chance of a move there without wide consultation with all supporters.
Before we can do so, though, we have to wait until May 21 when legal restrictions are lifted and then we can explain in fullest detail what a transfer in 2014 would mean to fans and the club. The owners will not sanction a move unless they are satisfied in every respect it is a world-class football stadium.
So Wednesday the club tell the BBC they will hold a poll - now it's 'wide consultation'. The club have made so many conflicting statements as to whther they will hold a poll - can we trust them?

Brady will say and do anything to get her way! Really, the fans are an insignificance when compared to her own selfish ambitions. This includes some people within the SAB, who shes using as her foot soldiers !

Amazing the change of tune from Brady as soon as the BBC start asking questions. Its like 'Watchdog' (no pun intended) where unscrupulous businessmen turn into Mr Nice Guy as soon as their grubby little plans are exposed.
