I rinsed myself with cider Saturday and now have to live off scraps for the rest of the month :D.

Yesterday - pita bread with salad and streaky bacon.

Tonight - jacket potato with beans and cheese, salad.

Las tnight - Pork Chow Mein, Pork Chop Suey, Sweet & Sour Pork, Egg Fried Rice, Spicy Ribs. There was a lot of Pork leftover from Sunday lunch!

Chicken thighs marinating in the fridge covered in all sorts of Moroccan spices with slow roasted peppers, tomatoes to accompany it :thup:

A humongous portion of fish and chips from The Lighthouse in Wanstead on the High Street tonight. Heineken in the beer garden of the Cuckfield for afters :raver:

Got my Spurs supporting mate around tonight. He was in Portugal last weeked so have not seen him since our promotion anyway I am doing

Homemade Parsnip Pepper and Apple soup (with crusty warm brown bread and butter)

Sirloin Steak (Medium) garlic potatoes , steamed mange tout , baby carrots, baby sweetcorn and baby courgettes (pepper suace optional)

Home made mixed berry pavlova with extra whipped cream

I'll be wacking on : Steaks, Pork Belly, Wings, Thighs and Cumberland sausages.
