Home made chicken curry tonight

I rinsed myself with cider Saturday and now have to live off scraps for the rest of the month .

Yesterday - pita bread with salad and streaky bacon.

Tonight - jacket potato with beans and cheese, salad.

Las tnight - Pork Chow Mein, Pork Chop Suey, Sweet & Sour Pork, Egg Fried Rice, Spicy Ribs. There was a lot of Pork leftover from Sunday lunch!

Chicken thighs marinating in the fridge covered in all sorts of Moroccan spices with slow roasted peppers, tomatoes to accompany it

Homemade Parsnip Pepper and Apple soup (with crusty warm brown bread and butter)

Sirloin Steak (Medium) garlic potatoes , steamed mange tout , baby carrots, baby sweetcorn and baby courgettes (pepper suace optional)

Epic BBQ tonight. All sorts of ribs and wings marinating at the moment.

I'll be wacking on : Steaks, Pork Belly, Wings, Thighs and Cumberland sausages.
