Arsenal 5-1 West Ham Utd (23/01/13)

Not sure why there isn't one so there is now and we generally do alright when i start them.

1 ) Sagna is going through a really tough time at the moment and i can't remember him playing so badly.

2 ) Arsenal are weak, they're nice on the ball, but they are weak overall and can't handle physicality that well at all.

3 ) I think we can get a result against them.

I'm strangely optimistic about this one and have a feeling we will get something!

Its our game in hand so we could really do with picking up the points. Would take us 11 points clear of relegation.

They will bounce back after today's mauling.
Or...
...Carlton scores in the last minute to start 'Wenger Out' chants?

Even a draw would be a good result - one point would take us back up to 11th on goal difference

Jarvis should be all over him if he plays. He's been shocking.

On the basis that we're due an away result and nothing else at all I think we're going to win 3-0

Noble (Pen), Cole(C) and Vaz with the goals.

I am going and very excited. Happening the same day of my final exam so good chance to blow of some steam!

Felt we at least competed for the most of it at the home match, only negative was we seemed to sit back off them on a individual player basis. Play physical football, get the tackles going in early especially in midfield and set the demeanor of the game. We can get something from this and think we will finally get back to scoring away from home again. We have should have enough in midfield to be competetive.

Watching Chelski v L'Arse. Just hope we abandon our high defensive line and pitiful attempts to play an 'off-side' trap against Walcott or we will get spanked!

Game is winnable - or at least a point is there - with the right tactics, but have to defend a bit deeper than last two games, IMHO.

Agreed.

If we hold a high line like we have recently, Wilshere and Cazorla will be stroking through balls for Walcott to run onto for fun

Arsenal couldn't handle the pace and trickery of Hazard, Mata and Oscar early on against Chelsea so we just have to use our similar players like...and...er....

3-1. Nolan with a poacher goal for us.

Get Jarvis on Sagna he is a shocking player, get physical with Wilshere and Cazorla. The one who worries me is that little **** Walcott, paced and times his runs well.

Would be ecstatic with a draw here that would be a fantastic result for us.

That goal we conceded to Remy yesterday - Walcott will kill us if we play high and give him that much space.

No reason why we can't beat these if we close them early, keep it tight, don't give them time on the ball and hit them on the break or use our strength at set pieces.

Arsenal played really well second half. Diame and Noble on Cazorla and Wilshere... hope it works...

Young Gibbs was impressive too, Demel need to be as hard as a rock. Well, he will be...

Arsenal always lose to newly-promoted sides at home. Remember West Bromwich, Newcastle, Hull City. Hopefully we'll get something from this match.

Chamakh won't be eligible to play, will he?
