oh quit the moaning.. we signed a few players.. some of which are big names..especially chamakh .. i mean look at the length of that name lol! but jokes aside. we got some people in to do a job for us.. maiga is back soon and id rather him off the bench than another CF who does the same job as the one coming off..

chamakh isn't a big name in any way shape or form, if he was he would still be playing for arseholes

60 million or 100 million ,its too much to still throw more money at the problem,I would rather us being frugal now to secure a long term future.

Fulham have ZERO debt and made a profit last year..and dont exist on end of contract freebies and loan players......THATS OWNERSHIP..get your ****ing act together and stop whingeing...

By that logic so do/did you...
What the f*** Fulham's debt or lack there of and activities in the window has to do with our transfer strategy is beyond me.

As for your comments about ownership.
If the debt isn't £100m (which we know it isn't) then it is being reduced.
Which is exactly getting 'your act together' as an owner rather than spunking money left right and center a la the Icelandics and QPR.
Odd set of posts there.

Wish I could drink this early on a Friday...

Fulham have zero debt because Fayed converted £212 million worth of loans (debt) into equity.
Perhaps G&S could do the same?

At some stage they'll need to buy out the Icelandics. That'll be a large chunk of cash that will not reduce the debt by one penny. If an outside investor buys them out it still won't put one penny into the Club.

Hopefully this summer will see the last payment to Sheffield United (am I correct ?) so that should release money for a squad player or two next time round.

Is the right answer. Im NOT saying that we should follow QPR's lead- they are doomed, I tell thee!

Im just tired of the old " you dont know how lucky you are :" routine from G&S and I think they are being very tardy at putting serious investment into the club, where others around and below us, are.

There's little or no value in any contracted players at the club, all the "value" is in agents fees and wages .

I dont like it.

What other clubs around us have the debt we do though, that's the point. We could have dropped through the leagues and gone bust like others have and will no doubt do in the future. We're lucky to be in the PL and still signing players and moving forward.

I was critical of the Daves being tight, but you've got to look at the bigger picture. They're not, we've just been screwed by Eggy and co, they're the c**** we should be angry at, mugs. They couldn't even sign good players like QPR, they signed ****ing *****...

In general, you have a point, but they did sign Lucas Neill, Parker and Bellamy.

So, it wasn't all rubbish.

It's a terrible idea to publish the fact that you've reduced your debt.
By saying that the debt has been lowered, clubs will know we are capable of spending more in transfer fees.

We're never in this together they are in it for millions more than us regardless of how much they put into transfers. An Icelandic bank has more riding on it than us.

We'll still moan though.

Robinson injured right now? He sorts out his contractual issues. And we sign a free agent in a couple of weeks maybe?
