West Ham Utd 4-2 Reading (19/05/13)
I have always wanted to start the match thread.
Looking forward to this one. Not much to play for other than the most important matter, pride. After 19th May, everyone gets a couple of months off, so there should be some real effort. Lets put out a full strength side (Jarvis and J Cole wide, Diame and Noble in the middle, Nolan just off Big Andy) bury the club whose "fans" can't be bothered to show up and end the season with pride.
3-0 to West Ham.
Come on you Irons!

How fitting that adkins will be eating his silly little words.
Yo-Yo club are we? I do believe we've only missed 3 seasons of premier league football out of 21, southampton and reading combines havent mustered up half of that.

Hoping we can end the season with a victory and play some attractive, attacking football for good measure.
Would be nice to finish 10th and aquire the extra prize money for team strengthing in the summer.

I fear we will embarrass ourselves, the saving grace being there will only be twelve Reading fans there to see any of it.........

It wont be the thumping win we're all expecting.
It'll be a dull game and probably quite close. Maybe a 2-1 win.
It'd be nice to nail on 10th spot.

Adkins is a knob for sure but we've only been in the Premier League for 3 years more than SouthamptonTelford_Ommer wrote:How fitting that adkins will be eating his silly little words.

hopefully reading have not overcomplicated things. That would mean the 'less inflatables' scenario being played out.

Finishing off the season as I started it....at the BG.
Might not sound much to a lot of you but 6th home game of the season for me. Travelling down with my 10 year old daughter for the match.
In her words yesterday after the Everton game "They bet not play like that next week! I hope they appreciate how far I've got to travel with your music!"
So then West Ham...make a little girl happy.

I hate idiots who think we are yo-yo. 3 seasons of prem football missed. Only relegated twice but hardly close together.Telford_Ommer wrote:How fitting that adkins will be eating his silly little words.
