Good for Sakho to have half an hour today, bit of fitness before Saturday. Rogers has said Sturridge may be back for them.

Re: Liverpool v West Ham United: Match Thread
Sturridge is supposed to be starting training again on Monday, and might be available for the weekend... Seems a bit too soon for me. If that's the case I think I'd prefer him to be in their side than out of it.
The bindippers are still a poor team, despite what Brentan has been saying.

If we got a win up there....
Mind you, they could get decimated with man flu, stick out their under 10's and they'd still get a point or a win.
I'm sure we're allergic to Anfield.

Arkell's. Althoughgh if you don't get there early you won't get in. Plenty of good pubs in town.MD_HM wrote:On the 8:07 up there, nice early start
Anyone care to tell me (or pm) the best place to drink for hammers before the game?
Re: Liverpool v West Ham United: Match Thread
For once, I actually think we might do it this time. Each year I know we wont get anything but this year feels different...

Not a chance. It'll be 0-0 until Sturridge comes on and scores, or he'll start, score and then get injured again for six months and we'll say "maybe next year".

I'd imagine Andy would enjoy that (by decorating his house in the most contrasting colours humanly possible)mdennis wrote:1-0. Andy Carroll

Dreading this game. Not doing too badly recently and a heavy defeat isn't what we want.
It's what we'll get though.
Three or four nil to them.

I genuinely don't know how I'd react if we got 3 points off those c*nts. Year after year after year of thinking "how would I celebrate?" without ever finding out.

Carroll scoring a wonder goal of footballing elegance then running to the Liverpool dug out and whispering 'I'm just a big lump' in Brendan Rogers' ear.

This is when we finally break the Anfield hoodoo. You know it. I know it.

I want to see someone chop Steven Gerrard in half with a sliding tackle that starts on the other side of the pitch.
