Others are quoting that as a reason hire Bielsa.

Somehow , I get that horrible feeling that we will miss out on the top managers and end up with the 'devil we know' - dear old Arry.
PS. Been reading about Arry and that his best signing was " Jimmy Hampson' (scout) who got us Rio , Frank Lampard and Joe Cole. Wonder where all our future new talents now are? Seems like the cupboard is bare.

Can we narrow the original poll down to fewer names now?

A few have ruled themselves out or taken other jobs,

Be interesting to see what people are thinking now?

Brendan Rodgers after he is sacked by Liverpool and they appoint Klopp. Either way it's going to be a very interesting Summer.

Klopp's gonna take a break from the game which is a shame - really fancied him. Less than 800 votes cast - thought there were more of us on here... it's gonna be Bilic

Perhaps there's lots of KUMBers who are considering the situation at great length :)

Eh? If anything there needs to be more names! We've since been linked with Conte, Prandelli and Jokanović as well as others..

Who you'd want and who you're likely to get are two different things. Neither Klopp nor Ancelotti will go to West Ham whilst I'd suspect Bielsa would. He's a good character.

:?

Er, that would need to be an entirely separate Poll.

This one very clearly states "Who would you like to see appointed", and that's how I voted.

I did not vote on who I realistically think would be the next manager.

You can't change it to an entirely different question halfway through otherwise most of us would have to go back and change our answer!

You didn't conduct the pre General Election opinion polls by any chance did you? ; -)

Absolutely. It's why I haven't voted. I'd like Klopp, but what's the point in voting for someone who has zero chance of coming here this Summer. If the vote had been for 'who do you think will be the new manager' then I would have voted.

It'd be too cumbersome I dare say but seeing as others are suggesting different polls I'd like one where you could say whether or not you minded each of these particular managers coming here. That would help give a decent idea as to whom amongst these guys would be acceptable to the fans.

Haha... has there been a general election somewhere? :-)

I just think the poll asking who we want has run it's course, and a new one asking who we think we might get is more relevant now.

Point of order Dave. The poll question is who would you like, not who do you think is attainable.

I'd be interested to see where the people who voted for

Carlo Ancelotti (free agent)
Rafa Benitez (Napoli)
Frank de Boer (Ajax)
Paul Clement (Madrid)
Jurgen Klopp (free agent)
David Moyes (Soceidad)
Brendan Rodgers (Liverpool)

Would vote now these are out of the running.

There's quite a few votes for these on there and you could still phrase it "who would you want"

^^^^^^
I voted for Klopp, on the basis of that no longer being an option, my order of preference would be:

Emery,
Bilic
Bielsa
