A great window
Big thanks to Jinxed, Upton Girlie and everyone else who took the time out to forward on the info they had.

Some of them are probably in the red after being told Adebayor was doneupton girlie wrote:It would be a nice thought if, from some of you lads and lasses, you put a bet on a rumour, based on ITK knowledge, you could donate a tiny bit of your winnings towards a worthy cause such as the Bobby Moore Fund/Cancer research etc.
You wouldn't have had the extra dosh without them and I know that at least 2 of the reliable ITK posters on here support the BM fund and have raised money for them.
Not asking too much surely?

Thanks for that Het-Field very informative I reckon. Agree about Jenks, should've gone for Trippier before the Filth. Trippier is the equal of Jenks and would have been ours for 3.5 and now we'll have the same old saga at the end of the season when Wenger will not sell Jenks to us. IMO of course!

Appreciation for the time and effort that went into that post, Het
A good read that I think will echo the general feel about all of our business.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Do we know if we have the option of buying Victor Moses? I thought it was a large loan fee which would go towards the transfer fee if we decide to pick it up? Which would be weird since he signed a new contract like jenkinson which I absolutely can't stand.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Very happy overall with the window - but a little underwhelmed with Jelavic. Feel with the OS on the horizon we could have pushed the boat out a bit more. Linked with top names, but ended up with a relegated striker...
Some will say we have two biog money strikers to come back from injury. In truth Im not convinced neither will be the answer - so we will need to spend again and prices will have risen next year.

Great window in the end....
I think our Home defeat vs Bournemouth was a blessing in disguise, without that I have a feeling that Sullivan might have kept his money in his pocket. He had to act after that performance.
I think all our signings will be very good additions to our squad.
Really looking forward to the rest of the season now.

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Great post Hetfiled! Should be put on the front page of this website imo as its as succinct a summary we will see. UTJ get on it.
Guy Demel - I wish we had him now, 4 years younger again. I really liked him as a player. Very skillful and nimble for big right back. Top player.

Also, over an hour ago, he posted that he'd done it. That was 4 posts above your post...

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
The club must be buzzing, what with the L'pool result and now the look of the squad...will be watching for positivity oozing out of every player against the skunks...and it will be interesting to see who Slav picks. This window has given him some nice to have headaches now. COYI

A final big thanks to Jinxed and also to UTJ and the mods for refereeing what, at times, turned into a Wild West shoot-out...........let's look forward girls and boys and get behind this club once again

Re: Summer 2015 transfer thread
Great window! Agree with another post saying this window is a continuation from last summer's window. The hoof and hope gaffer and his boys have gone and we have a different style of play (the West Ham way) that we saw for part of last year. Better days are in front of us. Glad we didn't bring in Adebayor. CC going to the Spuds would be interesting-payback for secret agent Robbie Keane.
Still buzzing from the win against the Mickeys. You can throw the boxes away. Won't be needed for the Christmas lights as they'll be staying up this year.
One for the future- Milan Gajic.
I mentioned him before. Serbia RB who was a key player in their U20 World Cup win.
He was signed by Bourdeaux over the summer on a 5 year deal. He's very strong in defense, likes to bomb forward, has ability to score from long range and can take a mean free kick as did another player who was from Vukovar-Sinisa Mihaijlovic (best free kick specialist ever IMO).
He already scored for Bordeaux against Nantes.
