Would one inclusive thread entitled 'First Knockout Round' not have done?

We've had threads for Albania v Romania for example. Pretty sure there will be no problem with individuals for the knockout games.

Hungary have done well, they certainly aren't scared to have a go at teams, and are more than capable of creating chances against Belgium. However, I think Belgium will have too much for them going forward, and with the prospect for a decent run to the semi's, I expect that to fire them up. They have also managed to keep 2 clean sheets...with their defence looking to be their weakness.

I think they could make the final now...

It is an advatage for Hungary that everyone expect Belgium to win. And most would expect them to win in style.

Belgium have played one good game, and two mediocre. If the players who sit behind Lukaku are too selfish, they'll lose, imo. I'd expect the big man up front to score at least once.

Hungary has fielded three different teams, with three different formations so far. I think they'll regroup to a 4-5-1, as they did against Austria.

I expect Belgium to win, but whether in style or not...

I have been impressed with Hungary...and they are more than capable of getting a result. I think Hazard and De Bruyne have been fairly decent, and haven't been selfish as such. They have created more than enough for Lukaku and Origi...

I just think Belgium losing to Italy has done them a massive favour, and they may rally to take it. They were fine against Sweden, it was just an end to end game...Sweden had to go for the win and went for it. Belgium did the same.

I can't believe Hungary have got to the knockout stages. In fact on the performances against Norway, I can't believe they even got to the Euro's...However, they have been one of the best performers in the competition.

Well, I would say Hazard has been the best. In fact his best 45 mins in a few years I think.

Hungary have been piss poor tough, giving away too much space and possession all over the place.
But Belgium are exploiting it to perfection , playing one touch football for the first time in 4 years.

Hazard has been very good indeed...

I can't see how Belgium don't get to the final if they can put in these kind of performances from now on.

Playing with a lot of intensity, I would be surprised if you don't add a couple more.

A better striker would have had a hat trick tonight. So much space out there.

Vermaelen a massive miss if Belgium do indeed go through to the QF.
