Ogbonna has been a let down of late which is a shame as I thought he was quality at one point. I'm beginning to suspect I was wrong
I thought Sam did a job for us, but the thought of him celebrating his first win as Palace boss against us is making me feel sick. He'll be one smug f****** if they win. Please don't let it happen Slav......

Thank goodness Zaha is in Africa.
Call me old fashioned, but it seems strange considering it wasn't long ago him and Ravel were arguing in an England U21 game.

Randolph
Nordveit Collins/Oxford Reid Cresswell
Obiang Noble Fernandes
Payet Lanzini
Antonio
Carroll off the bench on the hour if needed.
A big big big effort from all concerned and we could be level 9th/top 10. Psychologically that would give everyone a boost ahead of Boro away/going into second half. As bad as this season has been we would still be able to catch West Brom.
All easier said than done mind.....

The only think he'll be celebrating on Saturday is when he gets 10,000 steps on his Fitbit for the first time ever, doing all the walking from dugout to technical area.costa75 wrote: I thought Sam did a job for us, but the thought of him celebrating his first win as Palace boss

This has got 0-1 written all over it.
Ex manager returning to old club.....check
Said ex manager waiting for first win at new club.....check
Main striker for visitors going through a dry spell.....check
I really hope I'm wrong on this but BFS will know exactly how to deal with us.

This is going to be horrible, Big Sam coming back with a view to put a boot up his ex-employers.
He's got just 1 point from 9, he'll be buzzing and thinking and plotting how to get these 3 points incessantly.
It could go any which way.

This is the way I see it, although I think we could ship a couple of goals - fearing the worstIrons in the blood wrote:This has got 0-1 written all over it.

I know what BFS brings to away games having to watch his drivel, not that I remember much as I was probably asleep. Definite win for us here.

Whatever happens, we know that at 70 minutes, a 3rd of our ground empties.
Palace fans will be absolutely pissing there pants at our new found support
I predict a defeat unless we have at least one new player in the side, which should help give the team a boost

Re: West Ham United V Crystal Palace: Match thread
It's absolutely depressing isnt it Chalks! Ground will still be filling up well after kick off, then will empty again around the 38th minute for a beer & a piss, then it'll still be filling up again around the 50th minute mark and then it'll start emptying again around 70th minute!.... what have we become??chalks wrote:Whatever happens, we know that at 70 minutes, a 3rd of our ground empties.

4-4-2 needed for this one play Antonio off Carroll unless Hollywood Hogan is signed & ready!!
