Err, yes they have. The fact you haven't seen it is neither here nor there but to criticise them for not reporting it when they have is wrong.

My wife needs to extend the lease on her flat as it has under 70 years left. Asked the freeholder's management company for a quote and they said £13k. It took a 5 minute phone call asking if that was their best price for them to knock £1250 off
Count yourself lucky. We're trying to sort this out for my late father's flat. Been quoted £70k to renew the lease. That's a third of the value of the flat.

On the subject of Paddys day

Facebook / Twitter on a day like today

Tesco put a photo up of some Irish baked goods and the comments were laughable.

"YOU DON'T DO THAT FOR ST GEORGES DAY DO YOU? DO YOU?!" and you can tell these people are deadly serious.

They get properly upset because they believe there is a hidden agenda that the likes of St Andrews / St George and St David's day don't get the same publicity.

Absolute ****ing madness.

Saints are all a load of b*llocks anyway.

Off to enjoy my Guiness in peace now.

A mate of mine was on Fifteen To One today. He's Millwall to the core, but despite that he's a good bloke.
Anyway, gets to the final two and gets the 'Question or Nominate'. So he nominates the other player, and the next question is only about Thames Ironworks and HMS Warrior!
Not only did he dodge that, he then managed to win the whole thing! Spawny get.

Just done a quick Google search and there are BBC articles about the possibility of famine in Yemen at least as far back as last September.

Is that programme really still going? I remember it from at least 20 years ago, and it was rubbish then. You'll be telling us Going For Gold is still on next.

It's the people falling over themselves to find any dubious bit of Irishness that I really don't get and find grating!
