Most enjoyable game watched at the OS this season.

Atmosphere was pretty decent too. Nice to see that the BML have found their voice again!

I think that it is worth noting that I thought Fabianski had a decent game. He kept them in it and looked solid IMO.
One to look at if they go down maybe?

I am not saying he would be my ideal signing but I think he is better than Randolf and the owners will not be spending out on anybody decent. We need to be realistic.

I'd have Fabianski above Adrian and Randy everyday of the week.

I think he is better based on what I have seen of him (which admittedly isn't that much).

Agreed. Despite the Sunderland form, the much disliked Defoe would have had a field day (and certailny would have got a goal or two in our previous 2 games). If, as I've read, he's a free agent this summer an offer of a one year contract would sit very nicely with me.

Picking up a nice wedge sitting on the Spurs bench. Doesn't even have to work for it.

fair enough, i haven't watched much of him either.
it would make more sense to spend a fair bit for significant improvement than have a relatively cheap but marginal one.
but not everyone thinks the same. there are enough superstars in the opposition team anyway...

He was man of the match in many news papers on Sunday. Made three very decent saves other than which Swansea go home 4-0 losers instead of 1-0.
But as for signing him? Not for me, our history of signing keepers should be a sign post, Parkes, Ludo, James, Shaka even Green. We should pay the money for Hart and get in the very best we could afford, it is no position to scavenge.

True, but our owners shop at poundland.

f*** me the West Ham social media team are milking this win. It's like we won a trophy. Wish they would rein it in a bit.

I'd have Stevie Wonder in front of Randolph.

I rekon we could get begovik easy he would have jumped at a move to b mouth if chelsea would agree to let him go hes wasted at chelsea and a good solid keeper surely a move across to us would suit him and more importantly us :crest:

I was asking myself the same thing. It felt like a bit "well, here's your 'possible top scorer' and your 'next level international' to go with the rest of the lot you've given me to work with. Enjoy!"

Fabianski's positioning is often questionable, I don't think he's much better than Randy and certainly not as good as El Matador.
