Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
f*** him right off. Don't want that poor excuse of a human being anywhere near our Club.
If it's ex decent defenders who would be looking into coaching the defensive side of things then give Rio a bell if we must, but not this lowlife Chelsea loving prick.

To be fair warp Shaqiri did.warp wrote: as a foreigner would rather go to stoke than london, for the same money and just a couple of league positions difference.
get real.
Though he may be regretting that now.
Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
Sorry Colours, not saying I want him, merely illustrating that everyone keeps banging on about signing him for his ability to 'bring on our youngsters', if that's what they want hire him as a coach not as an over priced player.Colours never run wrote:**** him right off. That's alright, Bluesky. I just felt the need to reiterate what a proper **** he is.
Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
I like the look of Stockdale tonight, scored 2 already, could do a job up front.

If John Terry stood in the way of either Reece getting into the first team it would just take the f**king biscuit. Four games this season, four games, he's done.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
This just about sums our lot up. Option to buy a top CH for half a Zaza loan fee and turn it down for the sake of £250k. Meanwhile, we go out and spend £8m on a player who albeit should turn out decent, is about 10 years his senior so will need replacing in another couple of years.hammer1975 wrote: Rumours were that we had agreed loan with an option at £2.5m IIRC. As he had such a good AFCON the price went up £250k and we refused. We were a couple of points off top four at the time and had three senior centre backs. Two got injured, Kouyate got moved from midfield and we bombed second half of the season. League placings would have comfortably paid for him.
Moved to Anderlecht the following summer - £3.4m. Leicester were told £15m was the price in January according to press.
Still think he'd improve us personally but can't justify spend on CB over the main key four positions

In (first choice/second choice/third choice)
Begovic/Pickford/Hart
Malcuit/Zabaleta/Iorfa
Inheanacho/Perez/Batshauyi
Defoe
Out
Feghouli
Adrian/Randolph (would prefer Randolph to leave but i don't think Adrian would want to be a backup keeper)
Sakho/Carroll (which ever one we can ship out - keep one though)
that would be a solid window

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
I think our recent business will start to look a lot better next season.
Ayew, Feghouli, Nordtveit, Masuaku, Fernandes, Fonte, Quina and Fletcher all have a big part to play.

I actually rate him higher than Snodgrass but i think the owners would sell him if we got offers of 10m+ for himmumbles87 wrote:

Plus we wouldn't get half of our money back from Snodgrass
Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
Even though I'm one of the ones who would like us to sign Batshuayi, he has been very poor today. Would not sign without a loan first.
It's a shame sakho is so often injured, he is the perfect typw of striker for us. Would love to see Chicarito or Giroud here

West Ham 2017/18
How would you like to see us line up next season?
Formation, players and manager? Realistic is more interesting, so no Neymar suggestions (you're not David Sullivan)
For me I'd like to to see 3-4-1-2
---------------- Pickford -------------
------ kouyate Reid ogbonna---
Trippier obiang nordveit masuaku
---------------- Lanzini ---------------
------- batshuayi Hernandez -----
Pickford could be our keeper for the next ten years.
I love kouyate at RCB of a three, power pace and can bring then ball out and run with it if needs be.
Trippier is an excellent attacking full back and I think would make a great wing back for us.
We could improve at CDM but realistically won't have any money left.
Lanzini has a free role to find space, run at defences or thread balls through.
Batshuayi has power and pace to counter attach, Hernandez just knows where the goal is.
Realistic spend of:
Pickford - £10m
Trippier - £16m
Bats - £30m
Chicarito - £20
£76m gross spend.
Sell sakho, Valencia and feghouli for £25m.
Net spend of £51m.
Send back loans.
Keep Carrol for plan B... something we haven't had for years.
Promote Burke and Cullen.
Manager would remain as Bilic. He obviously hasn't lost the dressing room yet. One good season and one poor season. 2017/18 is the decider for him.

Masuaku left wing
Masuaku-Lanzini-Antonio
Spend the money on defensive players and striker
