You could also check the west ham snap chat and they usually record the training and all you see is them running around and then playing 7 v 7 on a small pitch or something
" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; skip to 1:42 - i've never seen us use anything like that in the snapchat videos

I've long thought they should ditch the old biddie fitness coach at 70 he's had a good innings and I seriously doubt his methods are now cutting edge. Results on the pitch fitness wise suggest that. Not been impressed with our lack of fitness this season.

You're basing our entire training regime on a few seconds of Snapchat videos?

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
I've said a few times that I don't think we need attacking mids but as Iwobi has come out and said he'd love to play at the same club as Iheanacho I would be all for signing the pair of them. ...... shame that he clearly meant at Arsenal or Man City though

I dont really get the point of any of that. A few short passes between a handful of players and then a shot at goal with nobody trying to prevent it. The session also didn't appear to be supervised either

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
This is what we need:
David Stockdale, out of contract, quality goalie for Brighton kept 20 clean sheets last season, replace Randolph.
Zabaleta, needed quality right back.
A new central defensive midfielder or just keep nordtviet.
Young creative fast winger, Nigerian lad from Belgium.
Kelechi Ihneacho, city striker quick good finisher
Batshauyi young good finisher
Modeste would be an alternative.
Defoe no matter his age scores goals, NEEDED.
KEEP CARROL ON BIS DAY UNPLAYABLE
SIGN A CREATE ALL STAR CENTRAL ATTACKING MIDFIELDER
SIGURRDSSON !!!!! Or cairny even tadic maybe

He's proper West Ham. A good coach is exactly what he is.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets
Nah, Rak the fitness coach.
My suspicion was he was actually burning the players out with too much running, instead of tailoring it specifically throughout the week leading up to a game and to go steady nearer games. I think I read a while back that we were running double or sometimes triple sessions too close to games which woukd make sense as to why they look so lethargic and sluggish. The above report Puff links woukd suggest that with players complaining of too much running. Not in a sense of they don't want too being prime donnas but because they're more used to modern methods of a tailored more structured regime primed for games instead of regimental old school old fashioned running til they're flogged. Also being on a bigger pitch there's more running involved and if his regime hasn't been adapted at all then that too could have had an impact.
I could well be wide of the mark but that's my suspicion and the article above seems to support that.

Sunderland want £30M for Pickford
Sunderland will only consider offers of about £30m for goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, says boss David Moyes.
Pickford, 23, has impressed this season, despite the Black Cats' relegation from the Premier League, and won a first England call-up in October.
Everton are rumoured to be interested in Pickford and are prepared to offer £15m for the England Under-21 international.
"It would need to be a really, really big offer," said Moyes.
"I have said all through the season that sometimes on your journey, you may have to sell to improve.
"But I have heard some really derisory sort of figures getting mentioned, and it wouldn't be any of those figures, I can tell you that."
When asked if Pickford's asking price would be in the region of £30m, Moyes replied: "Yes."
A £30m transfer would make Pickford the second most expensive goalkeeper of all time, after Gianluigi Buffon's £33m move from Parma to Juventus in 2001.
