The evening meal is dinner . It's not negotiable.

People at boxing "Wooooing" a la Rick Flair and his fans in WWE when a boxer they support lands a punch against an opponent as per the Smith V Skogland fight tonight. Bloody annoying.

I originally put 'midnight feast' but that always sounds a bit Billy Bunter to me.

Currently on holiday and surrounded by whippet racing, gravy drinking, wife beating northerners who look at espresso martinis with a sense of bewilderment and distrust. Its becoming tiring having to educate these cave dwellers that dinner = evening meal and tea is a hot beverage or had on Sunday's.

The expression "oh my days". I have no idea why it annoys me as much as it does.

Hear hear! It's one of my major bugbears and one I always correct northerners on at every opportunity.

Mrs SBH uses the phrase "oh my days and nights". I find it irritating and endearing at the same time.

I didn't know Romford had so much to say about his beloved Arsenal.
