I'm relatively new to the NFL, been watching the odd few games a season for the last 7-8 years but don't really know much team/player wise.

Looking to watch more consistently and follow a team just to add a bit more interest.

Any suggestions? Preferably a typical West Ham type underdog but with some potential and likely to have some games shown on sky.

I'd opt for the Dolphins. Actually I wouldn't, they are so much like us it's painful. Every time they get anywhere looking decent it comes crashing down around them.

They've been my second team since the merger - was just a young kid at the time but we were there on vacation and I took a shine to them. Got to enjoy the golden years of the Shula era and the wild times of JJ & Marino. Despite some choppy times over the past decade (since getting upset in the '85 AFC Championship Game if I'm being honest), they do remain one of the premier franchises on a number of fronts - on the field performance not being one of those unfortunately. Think the GM-Head coach combination now is quality and there's a real chance to overtake the Patsies in the next few seasons.

I root for the NFL equivalent of West Ham. Try to guess who.
I do too. The Browns.

The Jets but that's not a bad guess.

Went to the Titans v Raiders on Sunday. Raider Nation was out in force.
Beast mode is a beast and still looks a player despite being out of the game for a year.
Carr also looked sharp after his long term injury.
No need to worry about finding a new replacement for Janikowski when he moves , Tavecchio was lights out.
Really enjoyable weekend.

it was great to see! demolished a linesman who dared standing in front of him. that guy was about to hit and a second later was on the ground holding a shoelace in his hand and wondering what the f*** happened.
long may it continue!

It was more who doped Joe Flacco. He couldn't get anything right, but his offensive line didn't help matters by almost dissolving in front of his eyes after every snap.

I think their record in London is pretty good. Certainly better than their regular home games.

Being a Ram's fan i'm pretty happy with the season so far. Tighten up the defence a little (so very nearly threw it all away on Friday night) and play offs could be achievable. Goff looks like a different QB this year!

Any thoughts on pubs for NFL pre-drinks this Sunday around Wembley?

Heavy rain is forecasted, so I can't imagine the tailgate is going to be much fun

Been the last few years, and can't recall any of it being sheltered/under cover at all
