- and Newham Council is Labour. I think Sir Robin Wales will have also had a big influence, given that the Council was in a hole like the Mariana Trench without WHU. Politicians are politicians, whatever the colour.

Give it time, I'm sure more will end up coming out!

Can we start singing this? Maybe a slight adjustment to this:
Oi Sullivan

We just don't think you understand
You sold our Boleyn Ground
But never spend a pound
F**k off to Birmingham!
I have to say, I really am not a fan of the board and look forward to the day (beware what you wish for and all that) when they sell up and we have owners our fan base deserve. However, if Moyes turns out to be an astute move and it’s a big IF, I will gladly give them the credit they deserve for that as it’s been one of the most negatively received appointments of all time.

Quite possibly! But there were a number of other out of work managers who many a West Ham fan would have chosen ahead of Moyes (myself included, I’d have preferred Pards personally) so if he does come up trumps, personally I will give them credit for sticking by their guns and bringing him in.
More likely he won’t though and there is a bigger stick to beat them with
David Gold just tweeted that the scupture of the world cup winners is set to move to the olympic site and linked an article from 2015 ?
If this is about to happen then maybe that should be the place to protest by stopping the owners ,with no clue about the clubs supporters, from moving it from an area which will have nothing of our history left standing.

You make a good suggestion, Taff.
Moving that really would feel like the last nail in the coffin.
But then again, they've taken everything else...
It's been patently evident from day one that 20-25 million paid in installments over 4 to 5 years is the absolute maximum they can/will ever go. That's because there's no cash, no equity, and the deals have to be funded from day to day income. It's been all there in the tea leaves from the get go.
