Sakho has now found a plaster and is due to return to training in 12 weeks.

No chickens were hurt in the vegetarian shop or indeed the transmittal of this post.

I'd sell him and Sakho in January.

there's some good comedy in our two top scorers being the bloke who wants out and the bloke who gets boo'd when he's subbed on to replace him.

If he wants to go let him. Probably the same as Payet promised untold riches and big signings by the vertically challenged one. Which we know will not appear.

Would not be surprised if there are quite a few others who would leave if someone came in for them,

The club don't appear to want to improve the situation or capable of doing so. There is so much wrong they probably don't notice the probblems.

If you believe one of the ITK's on the web we're also not averse to selling Arnautovic (who's allegedly told the club he wants a move next summer)

Window of 2017 going the way of the window of 2016...?

If you're bottom 3, you'd have to wonder why anyone with any talent would be clinging to the wreckage - it isn't 1977.

We're capable of shooting up the league quite rapidly with a fair wind on fitness and the right managerial judgements. We could certainly do with a small reshuffle in January - something like 2-3 in, same number out.

Lots of judgements on team shape and where many players best (or least worst) position is - Kouyate, Masuaku, Byram, Antonio, Noble, Lanzini, Ayew, Fernandes - if they are selected.

I said this would happen after Moyes was appointed.

Any player worth a few quid will be sold and Moyes will bring in his plodders.

The owners will look to cash-in while all blame will be defected, they’ll probably spin it as they’re not pulling their weight in training or something. That’ll seem an en vogue and plausible excuse at the moment.

Don't disagree Bubbs, lack of balance is making the sum of the parts less than the individual parts for me.

Hernandez is the wrong type of striker for our team balance to play on his own up front (which is a shame as i was very excited about signing him)
Arnautovic doesn't work hard enough to support either a press (he doesn't press consistently) or a counter attack - he doesn't defend enough or have the pace to counter. He's a tidy player for a team who dominates possession on the final third imo - kind of the opposite to us
Cresswell and Masuaku need a solid unit behind and to the side of them

Still think the fastest route to better balance is a deep midfielder who is both comfortable on the ball and can shield the defence to free up Obiang further up the pitch..

we could do with two players with Sakho's ability but without his attitude and injury 'issues'

If we can get a bit up the league (I'm quite confident of next two games) then we should pony up for Carvalho given recent noises from Sporting. A player of his calibre would steady the ship in terms of brand quite a bit off the pitch on top of adding quality on the pitch.

Steps - Arnie is a plodder. I've barely seen him in 2nd gear. At least Hernandez has put a shift in. I know which I'd move on first if I were Moyes.

Nicolás Romay. His uncle used to be the President of the club

Chivas are also really really terrible and are currently in 15th place with 1 game to go in the first half of the season

He would have much better offers than that.

Think we could easily find a club to pay 16m, it’s peanuts.

Finding a club to pay his wages will be harder as would us replacing him with an equally good goalscorer
