I have never heard Brand back the board at anytime. Pretty sure he is 100 % against them and the new stadium.
I think he has given up on it all to be honest.
Brand got involved with some of the marketing briefly and has managed to get 'backstage' in the past, I can imagine he's had to have had some friendly dialogue with them for this to happen
I heard tv and radio presenter Paul Ross - Jonathan’s brother- explain this morning that their dad was a Spurs fan and the first match he was taken to was at WHL v Man Utd. By then though, he said his mind was made up and he was West Ham because his pals were and it was his nearest club.
If we got to the FA Cup Final all these so-called celebrities would come out of the woodwork for sure. Didn't one of them do a piece in the match programme at Cardiff in 2006? Incidentally Noel Edmonds always used to mention us on his live BBC TV show on a Saturday evening (Big Breakfast?). That is until it was taken off air when some poor sod died doing one of their infantile stunts!!!
I also saw Noel Edmunds in the east stand back in the 80's. Since saying he was West Ham though he has claimed to be an Exeter City fan and more recently Manchester United.
Fatima Whitbread was in the programme on Saturday, long time fan as is her son.

Saw Edmonds at some games in the last season at UP. He's really short, but his hair appears to hover several inches above his head.
Arthur Askey was a regular visitor as he spent much of his time in London for years, I even remember him being presented to the crowd on occasion indeed. We were clearly his 'London' club.
