Lanzini is a good player however, he needs players to play off.
He has been at his best when he had Payet, or the weekend when he had Arnie and Mario.

He is not the kind of player to get the ball and take the game by the scruff of the neck but when he can give and go, have players take the opporsition away from him so he can run with it he can really be effective.

Sunday was encouraging for me. I appreciate Everton were not at their best but I think that's harsh on our players. Big Sam teams are not crap, I thought that Arnie, Mario, Lanzini and Noble just came together and played them off the park.

If we get a proper DM next year and allow the above to flourish I can see us scoring a lot! :scarfer:

Now MP has been appointed. I hope his first call is to Lanzini. Massive charm offensive required before he goes off to the World Cup. He should have a good story to tell regarding style of play and Lanzini's importance.

I think he’s crucial to any success Pellegrini may or may not have and you would assume that Pellegrini got assurances about him.

If. He has a good world cup the vultures will be circling, if he goes I think it will be to a spanish club.Pelegrini will be the key here if he can sign the players to complement lanzinis style of play and we pay the money he deserves. I hope he stays and we build round him :crest:

If you pause the vid and look really carefully, Andy Carroll is through the window in the next room, in an Iron Lung and fully body cast.
