Potato layer bake - home made.

A layer of sliced spuds, a layer of cooked mixed veg in a cheeze (Non dairy cheese) sauce, a layer of grated cheeze, repeat as many times as the greased baking tray will take. Stick it in the over for 45 mins and then under the grill for 10 mins, after adding some extra cheeze and paprika on top.

Came out wonderful. Even got some more for tonight!

fair point, didn't consider that.
but it pisses me off when a guy at work interrupts your discussion about haggis to tell you that the vegetarian version (!) is amazing, and then you ask him what is it made of and he has no ****ing clue Image

Treated myself for my Birthday by having a triple-decker bacon (Co-Op Finest unsmoked), fried egg and beans sandwich. I dunked the bread in the frying pan for the extra heart-attack potential.
Beautiful stuff. You can't beat the Co-Op Finest bacon, IMHO
