This. It's not just the injures with Carroll, it's the length of time he's out for and the lack of clarity.HammerMan2004 wrote:How does discomfort in his ankle result in at least 3 months out?

Two-bob waste of space.
Should of got rid 2 seasons ago. He's a fraud of a football player.
Not funny anymore.

Re: Andy Carroll
Thats it. I'm done with the Carroll. I have always loved him as a player, and have always wanted him to maintain some form of fitness so he can play a sustained amount of games. Not any more. Enough is enough. Pay off his contract and get him out of the club.

Re: Andy Carroll
What a ****ing sorry saga that man's West Ham career has been.
If he was on a play for pay contract he'd be on benefits.

Re: Andy Carroll
Vital goals against West Brom and Stoke last season. Without him we could easily be talking about a very different transfer window.

Re: Andy Carroll
Something whiffs a bit about these two injury announcements. Don't know why. Oddly coincidental with the length of time out.

Re: Andy Carroll
Just heard...hopefully the announcement will be a contract termination. If not, he is a very very lucky chap.

Re: Andy Carroll
Time is ticking for him only one year left on his contract surely even our useless owners are not stupid enough to take up the two year option ? Welcome to the scrap heap where you belong big man in 2019.He will be happy more time to drink and ‘party’ without inconvenience of earning his wages by playing football.

Re: Andy Carroll
Is there a point of terminating his contract and giving him his wages upfront? May as well keep him on the payroll to score his obligatory 2 match winning goals a season.

Re: Andy Carroll
Why not, as was mooted on here last time, don't the club make him do something, anything to earn his wages ? Even if it's just sitting in the office answering the phone. Make him do something for his £80,000 a week !
