Re: NFL Pick 'em pool 2017/18
Florida Hammer on a tie break last week. Well done sir.
Last week of picking. FJ has it sewn up unless he somehow has a complete disaster. Battle for 2nd between me and Rio.
Still plenty of you haven’t picked yet. Only a couple of days to go.

All over. Grid Irons wins this week. Loads of shock results. FJ wins it overall by 4. Well done mate. Thanks to Florida Hammer for organising again. I’ll try to regain my title next season

Re: NFL Pick 'em pool 2017/18
Thanks FH. Enjoyable season as ever.
Didn't realise how badly I did at the start of the season. Weeks 4-17 I had the best record in the league. Weeks 1-6 I was 9th and only 1 pick over .500.

It's getting that consistancy Antony isn't it? I had two woeful weeks which cost me. I think if you can get at least 10 or 11 right each week you're going to be up there.
Anyway i look forward to playing again next year (so please sort again FH )

This will be back next year. Anyone interested in making it interesting by putting up a little money to go to the winner?

Re: NFL Pick 'em pool 2017/18
I'm happy to stick a fiver or tenner in to play next year FH. Winner takes all or dough for 2nd & 3rd as well? Suppose it depends on how many people want to play and how much we chuck in.FloridaHammer wrote:This will be back next year. I think we should retrospectively chip in for the season that just finished.
Happy to put in any amount over £5000.

Re: NFL Pick 'em pool 2017/18
OK we're getting close to the first preseason games so let's see who's interested. Running this pool costs me about $30 so this year I think we should chip in a little, partly yo cover that cost, but mostly to make things interesting.
How about 5 to 10 quid per person? If we get 10 people then that's 50 to 100 quid to the winner (less the $30 league fee).
Thoughts?

Not to cause trouble, and am not opposed to chipping in, but both espn and yahoo offer free pools with or without the spread.

You're obviously not in the Kumb league.Cockneyboy311 wrote:I'm in obviously FH. I love doing this. More so that Fantasy football.
I'd cut off body parts before giving up my space in that league.
