I let one rip on the stairs on site the other day. Two scaffolders walked through the brown cloud and visibly gagged. It made my day.

How anyone can say Cristiano Ronaldo is better than him is truly beyond me.

I was there with my son, after half an hour Barcelona were 2 nil down and my son turned to me and said
" Jesus dad we've only been here half an hour and they have turned into West Ham "

My 'thing' is girls that are well-dressed, whether that be a suit, a dress, or a skirt and blouse, but always with heels.
A desk move in the office means that the best-dressed girl (not bad looking, but by no means a stunner) in our section now walks past me about a dozen times a day.

Dunno what I'm going to do with it. Maybe a week's shop at Tesco or this month's (to date) gas/electric bill. Who knows? What a rush!

I love free money off the taxman. Imagine how excited I was to once open a cheque for close to a grand, only to realise that it was actually a cheque for the wife who shares the same initials (and surname) as me.

Bah!

One of those things in life that made her smile.

I'd say council tax but you don't have to pay in Feb/March, so looks like you're flossing Dan.

I felt that rush last year when they didn't take any monthly income tax off my PAYE to even out an overpayment from the previous year. I then get a tax code adjustment 6 months later because I owed them 2k. Absolute C-units.

An elderly man in the toilet in Barcelona airport who couldn't understand why the dyson hand drier wouldn't turn on when he kept putting his wet hands in and out.

I had to tell him he was dipping his hands into a waste bin, the dyson was a few feet to the left and was the same colour and shape to be fair. :D

That would explain it. I was going to put "The Dyson Urinal" in the thread as being useless. Piss flying everywhere.
