Wigan Athletic have confirmed that tickets for tomorrow's FA CUP third round clash with West Ham will NOT be made available on the door to travelling fans.

West Ham's website revealed earlier in the week that supporters travelling to Wigan for the tie without tickets would be able to purchase them on the door instead.

But calls to Wigan's ticket office today confirmed that NO tickets would being made available for purchase at the JJB Stadium - and that the only place to purchase away tickets from is West Ham's own ticket office.

Wigan's ticket office confirmed to KUMB this afternoon:

"Despite the claims we can categorically state that no tickets will be made available on the door - it is an all-ticket clash.

"Travelling supporters can book their tickets through West Ham and then pick them up on the door tomorrow - but none will be available for sale on the day."

A West Ham ticket office employee has confirmed to KUMB this afternoon that Wigan maintained as recently as New Years Eve that tickets WOULD be available for sale on the door.
