West Ham blew a chance to move two points clear in the play-off spots by conceding a 90th minute goal at the Witdean Stadium this afternoon.

With the game already in injury time Brighton scored a last-gasp equaliser, denying the Hammers two vital points in their chase for the play-offs.

With Reading losing 2-0 at Cardiff, the Hammers would have moved two points ahead of the Royals had they hung on for all three points. Although the Hammers now move above Reading into the play-off zone, it is by virtue of having scored more goals (61 to Reading's 49), with both teams level on 70 poins, and a goal difference of +10.

We'll have a full match report for you soon.
