Second division Notts.County have had an audacious bid for out of favour Hammers striker Paul Kitson rejected.
County made the attempt to sign Kitson earlier in the week, but the player personally rejected the move as he was unwilling to drop two divisions.Kitson has been linked with a move to clubs such as Man.City, Birmingham, Charlton and Crystal Palace already this season. It appears that his career at West Ham is over, as he is already behind Davor Suker, Freddy Kanoute and Kaba Diawara in the pecking order.
