West Ham find themselves a goal behind at the break in this afternoon's Premier League clash at Wigan.

The home side scored the only goal of the game in first-half injury time through Lee McCulloch, who finished well after being set up by former Hammer Jimmy Bullard.

Wigan probably deserve the lead on balance of play, having just shaded the opening 45. But Alan Pardew will no doubt be deeply disappointed to concede at such a crucial time.

West Ham's best chance of the half fell to Matthew Etherington who took advantage of a defensive slip-up to narrowly lob over the bar.

We'll have a full match report for you at the final whistle.

West Ham United: Hislop; Konchesky, Scaloni, Collins, Gabbidon; Mullins, Reo-Coker, Etherington, Benayoun; Harewood, Ashton.

Subs: Walker, Clarke, Newton, Sheringham, Zamora.
